Selling Nintendo DS Games
Chillout Games, based in the UK offer prices for all European (English Language) DS games. With it's custom made Quote Basket you can get a Quick and Accurate Quote for all your games, it features dropdown menus for the condition of your DS games Case, Cartridge and Instruction Manual, to give you the most accurate quote for your games. All you do is scan or type in the barcode of the DS games you wish to sell and up pops a picture of your game, and the price that would be given.
Say you've got a heap of DS games you want to sell, there is a ‘Bulk' mode that allows you to insert up to ten barcodes of DS games at a time and they will all appear in your basket at once, don't forgot to change the quality of your games with the dropdown menus as it can affect your quote if they arrive in a different state as to what you claimed. Ok, what if the barcode is hidden by a sticker? That's fine just use the search tool, select DS games and input the game name or keywords, you'll be presented with a list of games, just pick the correct one and add it to your basket. If Chillout Games isn't buying a game you input, you'll get a message telling you. You can't have two of the same game in the basket (unless it's on a different platform.)
Other things can affect the price of a DS game, some come with added items like Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver came with Poke-walkers if you have a game which included such things as maps or a comic book, the shopping cart will notify you with an ‘edit for price' then you just have to click it and tick what your DS game contains, the price will be altered accordingly. The prices will continue to change until you have gotten a Formal Quote.
Once you have at least 15 games worth over £30 you can sell your games to Chillout Games. If you don't reach the minimum requirement you can always ‘save for later' and add the games as and when you want. You can get a formal quote when the ‘continue' button is in colour. Bear in mind prices for games change daily as will your saved quote.
There are two payment and delivery methods, you can either get store credit or use PayPal. You can either post the DS Games yourself in which case Chillout games will provide you with postage credit, or you can choose the ‘Courier' option in which Chillout Games will pick them up for you. Afterwards you must login or create an account. Add a payment address and PayPal email (if you selected to be paid via PayPal.) Choose a collection date for the Courier, if you can print the courier label, you will get an earlier date.
Once you have accepted the packing and selling terms and clicked the ‘get quote' button to get the formal quote. An email will be sent to you with a copy of your quote and a quote number. You will then be forwarded to a Quote Status page.
To check the status of your sell DS game quote quote log in and go to the Quote Status page. Here you can add courier instructions and print off a label for them. As well as track the progress of a collected parcel.
